personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy policy, we seek to
explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what
rights you have in relation to it. We hope you take some time to read through it carefully, as it is
important. If there are any terms in this privacy policy that you do not agree with, please
discontinue use of our site and services.
This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our website
(https://www.cacsnow.com) and/or any related services, sales, marketing or events (which we
refer to them collectively in this policy as “Services”).
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us such as name, address, contact
information, passwords and security data, and payment information. The personal information
that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the services, the choices
you make and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect can
include the following: name and contact data we collect your first and last name, email address,
postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data. We collect data necessary to
process your payment if you make purchases. All personal information that you provide to us
must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal
information.
How do we use your information?
We use the information we collect or receive to fulfill and manage your orders, including
payment. We will not use identifiable personal information without your consent.
Will your information be shared with anyone?

on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include: payment
processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service and marketing
efforts. We do not share, sell, rent or trade any of your information with third parties for their
promotional purposes.
The following third parties will be shared with the following third parties: PayPal for invoice and
billing, and WordPress.com for Website Hosting.
Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and
website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details
again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if
your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you
close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your
screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a
year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your
account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie
includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires
after 1 day.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we
can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a
moderation queue. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the
comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam
detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to
the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available
here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is
visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.).
Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited
the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional
third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking
your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they
provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any
time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit
that information.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set
out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such
as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping
your personal information for longer than 90 days past the termination of the users account.
Do we collect information from minors?
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the
services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a
minor and consent to minors use of the services. If we learn that personal information from users
less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable

What are your privacy rights?
If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate it
you can login to your account settings. Upon your request to terminate your account we will
deactivate or delete your account and the information from our active data bases. However, some
information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any
investigations, enforce our terms of use, and/or comply with legal requirements.
Cookies in similar technologies: most web browsers are set to except cookies by default. If you
prefer you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject cookies, however doing so
could affect certain features of services on our website.
Controls for Do-Not-Track features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include Do-Not-
Track (“DMT”) feature or settings you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have
data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology
standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not
currently respond to DMT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically
communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted
that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about the practice in a revised version of
this privacy policy.
Do we make updates to this policy?
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by
an updated quote “Revised" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is
accessible. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may notify you either by
prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you notification.
